In such cases, 03p999 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balance.

Players may be requested to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in your Account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may vary based on your Account verification status, payment method, and current promotional period. 03p999 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit to the Account and has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. 03p999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, business accounts, or payment methods not registered to the verified Account holder.
All Account balances, wagering requirements, bonus amounts, and transaction values are displayed and processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 03p999 does not support multi-currency accounts. Players depositing via methods that internally convert from another currency will see their balance credited in PKR at the rate applied by their payment provider at the time of transaction.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 03p999 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. Claiming a bonus constitutes your acceptance of those specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
The exploitation of bonuses through techniques including but not limited to low-variance betting designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures is considered bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited. 03p999 monitors wagering patterns and reserves the right to void bonus balances and associated winnings where abuse is detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 03p999 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms, subject to immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

During a suspension, the Player will be unable to make deposits, place bets, or request withdrawals. Access to the Account dashboard may also be restricted. Any Real Money Balance held in a suspended Account will be held pending the outcome of the investigation that prompted the suspension.
Players may request to close their Account at any time by contacting 03p999 support via live chat or email. Upon closure request, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (net of any non-withdrawable Bonus Balance) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 03p999 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.
03p999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
03p999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. 03p999 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
